Tasks are available but getting limit error: step was held because you’ve met your plan limit

Hi,

I’m on a Free (Legacy) Plan  but all my tasks are stuck on HOLD.

I get the following error:

This Google Sheets step was held because you’ve met your plan limits

My task counter shows 5/100. Are there other API limits that I can’t see?

It’s been a while but we wanted to check back on this issue. I’m afraid we have not heard back from you so we were wondering if you still needing assistance with this issue? Looks like you were able to get in touch with the Zapier Support team but we haven't yet heard back.

Hi @steph.n ,

 

Thank you for the follow-up. Support helped identify the issue. Multi-step zaps are not allowed in the free plan. That’s unfortunate, I’m not sure if it is a recent change because I have a zap that’s two steps. This one was just 3 steps.
