Question

Syncing inventory updates between Shopify and Monday.com using Zapier

I’m trying to create a zap that when the inventory is updated on shopify (an item is sold or restocked) - this then updates on Monday.com.

I can get it to work for a single item but I don’t want to have to create zaps for every item, is it possible to create it for any item?

Is it also possible to create this both ways without it causing a problem? I.e. when an item is restocked and the quantity is updated on monday.com, it updates the inventory on shopify?

Thanks,

Hey @LucyPick,

Be careful to not be stuck in an infinite loop. You can create an unique record so that it doesn’t get stuck in a loop.

Zap 1: For Shopify to Monday sync- Only run the Zap if the unique filter is not Monday→ Shopify. Update the unique record in Monday as Shopify→ Monday.

Zap 2: For Monday to Shopify sync- Only run the Zap if the unique filter is not Shopify→ Monday. Update the unique record in Shopify as Monday→ Shopify.
