Hi I have been using Zapier for integration between my Shopify shop and Visma a while now. It has been working good, but with minor hickups.

But now I am looking to take away one zap step to save tasks as im getting near the limit of my subscription.

I have one seperate zap step to create the shipping row in Visma, but if anyone have a smart way to do that in the same Zap where the articles are being created, that would be great.
I tried to enter both shipping and articles in one zap step, but it does not recognize it as different articles, I dont mind if i get a new number in Visma every time a zap runs if needed. The problem is that the shipping line ID is always changing from shopify. In number 29(the most upper one) i tried to add both shippng and articles together, but i dont get it to work.
The lower two pictures is how it works now, than I add it together in later steps in the ZAP.

Maybe some formatter that can add line items together with the shipping lines could be made to replace Name and number in zap step 29?

I guess it is similar problems with different book keeping programs, so if you have some smart suggestions, please let me know!

I managed to do it myself. I reduced from 4 to 3 zap tasks per shop order.

I guess there is many ways. But i did a look up table with all my shipping options and their Visma number in a zap step. 

So if I do a new shipping option I must update the lookup table accordingly!

If anyone else needs Visma connections this could be good to know 🙂👍

While I’m here, also wanted to note that both actions in your screenshots appear to have Extra Fields included. Extra fields can sometimes cause issues so I’d recommend removing them to avoid any potential issues down the line:
