Hello!
I’d like to know the rule I should add to not run when someone answers in a thread in Slack.
My actual Zap is: when someone posts a request > Zapier :eyes: with a “request in process message” > Trello card added
The problem is the Zap runs whenever someone answers/comments the initial message….
Thanks for your kind help!

Hi @Mimi, what is exactly your trigger?

If use “New Message Posted to Private Channel” for example, it won’t trigger on threads as far as I can see when testing it.

Hello !
here it is I have it on both private and non private channels.

I’d like it to post a message only if it’s not a bot or an app (like Butler from Trello or Trello) and only if it’s not someone replying inside a thread.

Now, I have another problem within the public channels, with the Zap not answering as a thread message but as a new message. Maybe I should post a new topic...
