Squarespace form not showing up in the Zap

Hello, I’m trying to create a Zap that is based on someone filling out a form on my Squarespace. My account is synced and I can see other forms I have on the list. But the one I am trying to create the Zap for is not on there. I’ve tried re-freshing several times. The form is created on a public page using a form block. Can someone help? Thank you!

Hi @Meg Nimigon 

This may be the reason:

The form on my cover page isn't showing up!

Presently, it is only possible for Zapier to receive data from Form Blocks in Squarespace.
The forms you can create inside of a Cover Page are a separate entity and are not yet supported.

As a workaround, you can configure your Cover Page form in Squarespace to use Google Drive or an email address as its storage.
You can then trigger your Zap using the Google Sheets or Email Parser integrations respectively!
