I have created the zap and tested it and it appears to work correctly when I test it however, it will not automatically create the recording session once the invitee has booked a session. When I test it, it creates the session properly. Thanks for your help.

Is there Zap history of the live runs, saying that the recording session has been made? Or are there no runs in the Zap history?

 

If there are no Zap runs in the history, I’d appreciate seeing a screenshot of the set up of the trigger steps configuration page, if possible!

Thanks for the quick response. There are no runs if the Zap hisotry.

Perfect, thanks. I see that you’ve opted for user - I’d just like to confirm that you are the owner of the events that are getting invitees in Calendly? If not, and you’re and admin in the calendly account, could you change the user scope field in the trigger to organization?

 

What plan do you have with Calendly? I want to confirm that it’s a premium/paid account.

I am the owner of the events. I do not have a paid version of Calendly. Could that be the problem?

Hey Angela - that sounds like the problem to me, as I know that Calendly can only be used with a paid version: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495981235853-How-to-Get-Started-with-Calendly-on-Zapier#about-app-s-app
