Has anyone worked out a way to take a list of contacts (maybe in Sheets) and then feed those one by one through a zap periodically. A way to make it one by one a day apart or similar timeframe.
Or any work around or similar would great, thanks.

Great question, You can do this using our app Delay by Zapier: https://zapier.com/help/create/customize/add-delays-to-zaps
Delay after queue would be the best option here, With this when a Zap is triggered, it adds actions to the queue. The queue then plays the actions one at a time in the order that they were added to the queue. You can define a delay between each set of actions for a Zap.
Your Zap would then look something like this:
- New Row in Google Sheets
- Delay after queue using Delay by Zapier
- Your desired action
