Hmm, that is very strange indeed. Is that happening with all the test records you’re able to pull from Slack or just that specific one?
I’m wondering if maybe there was an image file posted as a separate message and that’s what’s been picked up. 
Can you try posting a new message in Slack, then click on that Find new records button in the Zap? That should get it to load it in as a new test record so we can see whether it’s able to correctly load the text from your test message.
