I am trying to link SignupGenius with Google Sheets when a new slot is filled.  However, it doesn't look like the waitlist value is available - has anyone done this successfully?

Hi there @Sophie S,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Before we dig deeper into this, would you mind sharing a detailed screenshot of how your Zap is configured? Also, please share a screenshot of the “CONFIGURE” section of the action step that shows all of its fields.

Please don't include personal information in the screenshot, or be sure blur out any personal information.

Thanks!

Hi @Sophie S 👋

It’s been a while since you reached out about this, were you since able to get this sorted out on your own?

If not, I did some checking on the New Slot Filled trigger and it appears that there’s a slotitemid field that looks like it may give the ID for the waitlist a new sign up has been added to. So you could potentially use that to identify which waiting list the sign up was for.

You might want to also look into creating a lookup table to convert the ID into the name of the waiting list before passing it over to Google Sheets. You can learn more about how to set up lookup tables here: Create lookup tables in Zaps

Keen to ensure you’re all set here so please keep us updated on how you’re getting on! 🙂
