Is it possible to share an agent with a team mate (on my team) so that they can create behaviors for me. Kind of like in team accounts?

It’s not currently possible to share access to an agent in that way. I’d recommend putting in a feature request for the ability to share access to an existing agent using the form here. That’ll let our Zapier Agents team know there’s interest in being able to share agents with other team members.
That said, it is possible to share a template of an agent. This would create a new agent with the exact same behaviors, actions and data sources (note: they won’t be able to use the data sources if they don’t already have access to them). So your team mate could potentially set up the necessary actions for you and then share a link for you to use it. Check out our Share a template of an agent guide for more details.
