In a Google Sheets and Slack automation, can I update the spreadsheet with several Leads at the same time and send messages to all of them?

What GSheet Zap trigger event are you trying to use?

 

“new or Updated Spreadsheet Row”

Zaps generally work on a per record basis.

So if multiple rows were created at the same time or updated at the same time, then those would trigger Zap Runs around the same time.
