I made a Zap from Zeffy to Zoho books in order to get donation transactions but when I get the data but I don’t know how I can set up zap for non taxable items.
I also made a second Zap to get sales transactions but in that case, I would like items sales tax-included.

Sorry to see no one’s offered help here sooner. It’s been a while, were you able to get the Zap setup as needed?
If not, what Zoho Books action are you using? Is it the Create Sales Invoice action? If so, it looks like it has a Tax Treatment field. Thinking that field might allow you to set the donation transactions to be logged as non-taxable. Do you think that could work or are you using a different Zoho Books action?
