Setting up a filter for a zap for adding contact to newsletter

Hello there

I have created a ZAP for a registration form for a workshop that I will be hosting. One of the my questions I asked, which is set up to click one of two options: yes or no, is requesting them if they wish to be added to my email newsletter. And I created a zap where I wanted only those who answered yes, to be added to the email newsletter list. In attempting to set up the condition for the filter it did not work - see picture.

So can someone help me set it up correctly please? I would really appreciate it! Thank you very much! 🙂

Check your Zap Runs history details to see the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot: https://zapier.com/app/history/

We would need to see screenshots from the Zap Runs to have more context.

That's a good idea look at the exact match. Check the output of the field is not capitalized or boolean. Oui and oui would be different.

Try a contains in case your getting question and answer as one response.

How did you get on with this? Were you able to get it working by changing the filter condition from Exactly matches to Contains as Badger suggested?
