Hi Guys
Im trying to set up an automation so that when a new contact is set up in our diary (setmore) they are added to our main list in active campaign. That way i can then set up an automation in Active campaign to send a welcome info pack.
I have no clue how to do this - i thought i had it sussed but im now bein asked for contact/account ID?

If you share a screenshot it’ll be a little easier to help.
You may be trying to add to an account before you’ve created the contact in Active Campaign?
The screenshot will help see if this is so.

I think you just have the wrong action.
My instinct is that you’ll need to use the Create or Update Contact in ActiveCampaign and adding them to the list you need.
You should be able to add the contact and include them into the list you require.
