Sending Salesforce data to Google Forms as answer options

Hi,

I tried Zapier today to update the Salesforce records based upon the customer response on the Google Forms. However I am looking for a way to send the Salesforce Data as the answer options in the Google forms. Is this possible via Zapier integration.

Can you please provide a more tangible example of what you’re trying to accomplish?

What Salesforce data are you trying to use?

What Google Form fields are you trying to associate?
