Sending fields in an email

I would like to send an email after someone made successful payment with paypal.
I would like to add a link or attachment of a file but I have many files.

Is it possible to write something like this in the mail or attachment: ="http://:”&{{113851745__item_name1}}&".pdf" ?

{{113851745__item_name1}} is the item name they bought and the rest (“http://”…) is like a formula in excel/google sheet. In this way I get the correct name of the link to download.
