I’m trying to figure out how to send custom emails based on Paypal ticket type transactions. We sell tickets to workshops, and I would like to send custom emails for each workshop. I have the zap set up to send an email after each successful Paypal sale, but sometimes our Paypal sales are not to our workshops. Is there a way to filter by ticket type/ID, or create an individual zap for each ticket type? When setting up the Paypal Zap, there isn’t anywhere for me to select line information. Thank you!
