Hi all, 

I’m new to zapier, and I’m really struggling to create the automation described below.

I want to send a reminder using manychat 1h before the meeting created with calendly.

How would you do that?

Hey @Moimeme. I hope your Calendly is Integrated with Google Calendar and the meeting schedule is added to that.

 

If you are using Google Calendar you can definitely achieve what you are trying to do by creating a Trigger of Google Calendar and setup the time as 60 Mins before the meeting starts.

 

In the Action step,select Manychat App and Find the User by Email or Name or any Custom Field that you saved while adding that subscriber to your Manychat Account when the Calendly Appointment is confirmed .

 

Later add another Action Step to send the Message to the user from the second step where you tried to find the subscriber from your list.
