Send email if WooCommerce Order status is old?

I’m looking for a way to have Zapier send a gmail if order(s) are not being shipped within 3 days.

Anyone have a good solution for this?

Good question.

If WooCommerce has the current order status, then try these Zap steps…

  1. Trigger: WooCommerce - Order
  2. Action: Delay (3 days)
  3. Action: WooCommerce - Find Order
  4. Action: Filter
  5. Action: Gmail - Send Email

Hello @Anacreo 

Interesting usecase.Firstly, I would like to know where your order status is being tracked.

Like are you using Airtable collecting all the order data with a column mentioning the status whether shipped or not ?

or using any third party shipping platform where you can see the order status ?

    @Troy Tessalone that’s a great pattern thank you so much.  I saw that on another posting and was hopeful.  Can I stick a digest between Filter and Gmail - Send Email to get a budget of all the overdue orders for a certain period?
