Send automated Hubspot email containing Unique codes from a Google Sheet

We have a list of 5000 unique codes (in a Google Sheet). When someone submits a specific HubSpot form, we want to automatically send them an email from HubSpot containing one of the unique codes from the Google Sheet. Once a code has been sent once, we do not want to send the same code again. Is this possible?

Hi @PHERO

Good question.

Yes, that’s possible.

You’ll need another column in the GSheet to use to search/update.

For example, STATUS with values of TRUE/FALSE.

Hi Troy,

Thanks for the response. This makes sense and I have an idea on how this would be done using Zapier and Google Sheets. My main problem is with HubSpot and how Zapier could be used to automate an email containing a unique code.

@PHERO

You’d have to send the code to a custom field in HubSpot to then be used in a dynamic variable within the email template.
