Good morning everyone,

I need help with PipeDrive. I have an automation that allows me to update a tag based on what happens on my website. The only thing I would like is to be able to add a tag instead of replacing it.

For example, if a person contacts me through page X, they will be assigned a specific tag (let's say X), and then, if they contact me through page Y, I would like to add another tag (let's say Y). Currently, when using the "update deal" function in Zapier, the old tag X is replaced by tag Y. I would like tag X to remain intact and now have both X and Y appear.

Good question.

You will first need to add a Zap step that finds the Person record.

Then a Zap step to update the Person record, and include the existing Tags from the previous step.
