Does anyone know if it is possible to move tasks from one column to another in Task Meister.

I want to be able to move all tasks in one column to another at 18:00.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Hi @callum page

It’s possible, but not trivial and probably quite task-usage expensive.

You’d need to keep a Google Sheet with the IDs of all the tasks you create.

Then you can schedule a zap to trigger every day at 18:00, which would then trigger another zap via webhook that would loop each row on the Google Sheet, grabbing the task ID and updating it.

I wrote a guide about looping sheets that should be useful.

Reach out if you need some more help with this.
