I want to set up a zap automation that when a recurring payment fails with Thrivecart, they access get revoked to the offer they bought of Kajabi.
I want this to be automated (because when they make their (first) payment, they get enrolled into an offer of kajabi.
But now when I want to set up that revoke offer of Kajabi ZAP it asked for an external user ID field or text . what should I fill in there? The email or what should I do? This should an automated zap that should happen automatically when a payment fails for an offer in Thrivecart, the access to their specific offer in Kajabi should be revoked.
Can anybody help?
