Respond to Hubspot (only specific contacts)

Hi, 

I would like to grab a contact with a specific label (EG: PRIORITY) in the contact field from RESPOND.IO and send it to HUBSPOT and place it into a specific group label (EG: CONTRACTOR). 

I am hoping to NOT import all respond contacts to hubspot.
