'm looking for advice on how to resolve an issue I'm having with connecting a WhatsApp business number to Google Sheets to create a new row every time the WhatsApp number receives a message. So this is the issue:
My WhatsApp Business phone number has "Automatic Events" enabled in Meta Business Manager, which is blocking Zapier's webhook connection. This is a Meta configuration issue, not a Zapier issue.
The Meta support error (#3441061) is the blocker, and navigating Meta's interface to fix it is proving difficult.
I have already tried contacting Meta, but they referred me to WhatsApp Business Support. Unfortunately, the only response I’ve received is an email with instructions that appear to be out of date and do not match the current UI.
Has anyone else encountered this or have any suggestions on how to proceed?
