Request for task credit - Accidental bulk import triggered hundreds of Zaps

We accidentally triggered hundreds of Zaps when importing our contacts into Sierra. This was a one-time bulk contact import and not normal usage for our account.

How can I reach out to an agent to ask them to review our task usage during this accidental spike and consider crediting back the tasks consumed? We don't typically reach anywhere near this task limit, and we don't need a higher plan - this was purely an accidental bulk trigger.

We already created/submitted a ticket yesterday, but we haven’t received any response

I had a quick look at your ticket and can see the team has since replied with some actions that they need you to take before they can assist further. If you don’t see their reply in your email inbox, I’d recommend checking your spam or junk folder, or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case it was misplaced.
