Reporting Phishing

Hi there, 

I received a phishing email originating from (zapiermail.com), 
What would be the best way to report abuse of Zapier servers? As this will damage the reputation of the whole domain and deliverability for everyone,

I know it is a legit domain, I received a phishing email from an address at (Zapiermail.com) pretending to be a company with a phishing link that collects login credentials.

My question is what is the best way to report this? or other actions are advised.

Thank you, just did that, and the automated email said “we don’t offer guaranteed response times on the Free plan” so hopefully, I will get a response and they will stop the account early enough before major damage is done to the domain reputation.

I too have received a fairly good Hostinger phishing attempt via ‘no-reply.1pukbe@zapiermail.com’, and have reported it to phishing@zapier.com is that the correct course of action? It would be good to get an update on the investigation.

You did the right thing! As our How to report security concerns to Zapier guide confirms, reporting any suspected phishing emails to our phishing@zapier.com email address is the correct course of action. I can’t provide any status updates for investigations so I’d recommend reaching out to our Support team to request an update.
