What do these two fields do? I already have the option to select WHO to send the reply to and FROM which email it comes from. What is the purpose for this then

The From Name is the label for the From Email.

e.g. Zapier Support for support@zapier.com

 

The Reply To would be a different email address than the email address that send the email.

If a recipient replies the email would be sent to the Reply To email address.
