I am in the middle of onboarding with Vitally. I was told that I would need to use Zapier to integrate Asana into Vitally. We have existing projects in Asana that I would like to mirror in Vitally and associate with a customer. I’m trying to avoid having to manually bring over all of the tasks and check two places for accurate project status.
Is there a way to do that in Zapier? I am entirely lost.

Zaps work while turned ON for new data going forward.
Zapier has a Transfer product for existing data but it’s pretty limited: https://zapier.com/app/transfers
In your scenario, it’s likely you’d have to do manual setup, then Zaps can be configured to connect the apps.
