Looking to make  a  to make zap that will remove a gmail ( LEAD LABEL)  once a shopify order is paid for. Is this possible? I dont want it to use a 100s of tasks per day to accomplish this. Any ideas to do this efficiently?

Hey @nonprot1000,

There is a simple way to do this through native Zapier Trigger/ actions -

  • Shopify New Paid Order trigger
  • Gmail Find Email action
  • Gmail Remove Label from Email action

If you want to increase efficiency it will be more complex and technical. You may want to look into Code by Zapier. See more about it here- https://zapier.com/blog/code-by-zapier-guide/. Also look into Shopify and Gmail API for bulk fetching of orders and bulk label removing if its possible. Also keep in mind the timeout limits of 30 seconds for professional plans. Hope it helps!
