I’d like to be able to remove linked charges to a ticket whenever the ticket gets in a specific status.

Is there any way this can be achieved?

Or does anyone has an idea on how to get this done in another way?

Thanks for reaching out! We don’t have an Autotask Action for removing charges but perhaps there is someone in Community who can share a workaround that could help you with this workflow!
