I offer a monthly coaching call on Wix. It is set up as a pricing plan so the participants get billed once a month. I have the coaching call set up as a recurring meeting in zoom, with registration required for each time they are attending.

When they pay in Wix, I want to automatically register them for the next coaching call.

I have the Wix trigger set up in the zap.

On the Zoom step, I select the upcoming meeting and then it populates the “meeting occurrence” field with ALL of the upcoming meeting dates.

Is there a way to set it up so each time the zap runs it registers them for the next coaching call?

Or am I overthinking this and if I leave the meeting occurrence blank (it looks like it’s not a required field) it will register them automatically for the next meeting date?

Hi @werise,

Welcome to the Community.

You're on the right track! Leaving the "Meeting Occurrence" field blank should register participants for the next upcoming Zoom meeting in a recurring series. Each time the Zap runs (for example, after a Wix payment), the participant should be registered for the next session. Test with a dummy registration to confirm it works as expected, and reach out if you need help.

Hey @werise, just checking in—did Jammer’s suggestion help to get things sorted?
