I currently have a Zap that sends an email to upsell Teachable students signing up for free tutorials. This works fine.  However, I need to refine the filter to only select those who have not bought paid courses. I can see no option to filter by revenue or similar to achieve this.

Also, can I use Zapier add a tag to FluentCRM?

Thanks

Hi @Esinem

Help link from FluentCRM for how to configure: https://fluentcrm.com/docs/zapier-integration-with-fluentcrm/

@Esinem

For Teachable, which Zap trigger are you trying to use?

What are the available data points returned from the Teachable step?

You can try adding this Zap action: Teachable - Find Student

See if that returns data points you can use to filter by.

Thanks.  Here’s what I have created. I have changed the last step to POST (this used to just be send email). The Trigger is a new sale of zero value.

I can’t see anything relating to sales revenue but Sale -Transactions might work. Of course, it doesn’t differentiate between zero value/free ‘sales’ and paid purchases.

@Esinem

Can you post screenshots with the DATA OUT from Zap step 1 in the TEST tab while in EDIT mode OR from a live Zap Run? https://zapier.com/app/history/

Thanks. This?

@Esinem

The Zap trigger for Teachable New Sale will have information about the Sale itself.

If you are looking to find information about to the Student/User related to the Sales, then would you likely need to add other Zap actions to lookup the User/Student, then Filter.

Did you try this suggestion?

You can try adding this Zap action: Teachable - Find Student

See if that returns data points you can use to filter by.

@Troy Tessalone Thanks. I’m beginning to suspect that Zapier doesn’t have a way to look at previous purchases
