Hello,

 

I have a Discord server connected to Zapier, but I can no longer access my account.

 

When I log into Zapier with my Google credentials, it’s not the account I used to manage the bot.

 

Is there a way to find the email address associated with Zapier on a Discord server? I don’t remember which account I used.

Unfortunately, due to privacy and security reasons, we're unable to provide the email address associated with a Zapier account. However, there are a few steps you can take to try and recover your account:

  1. Check Your Email Accounts: Try searching your email inboxes for emails from Zapier. The email account that receives emails from Zapier is likely the one you used to sign up.
  2. Password Reset: You can try using the "Forgot your password?" feature on the Zapier login page. Enter the email addresses you think you may have used to create the account, and if there's a match in our system, you'll receive a password reset email.
  3. Zapier Support: If you're still unable to access your account, I recommend reaching out to our support team directly at https://zapier.com/app/get-help. They may be able to provide further assistance.

Please note that for security reasons, our support team will need to verify your identity before they can provide any information about an account.
