Hi, i need to know if is there any way to radomize the output of the zap… in my case, i have a facebook lead ads form, which must be forwarded to a whatsapp chat… however, i have 3 whatsapp numbers, so in the perfect scenario, every whatsapp number will have a turn to receive the facebook leads ads form data. Is there something like this attached picture?

Welcome to the Community.

 

Zapier has no built-in randomizer, but you can distribute leads evenly across multiple WhatsApp numbers using Google Sheets. One Zap updates the sheet when a new lead arrives, assigning the following available number. Another Zap looks up the number with the fewest assignments and sends the lead via WhatsApp. This ensures balanced distribution, but testing is essential to ensure accuracy.

You will need to setup your Google Sheets in a certain way for the Zap to capture the data. You can learn more about the setup here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276985101-Work-with-Google-Sheets-in-Zaps
