I’m trying to use a custom field in a zap for Quickbooks Online. I found this post regarding a similar question but for invoices -
I tried the solution listed but on an account and I still can’t see the custom field. Anyone had luck with Account level custom fields?

Try using “Find Account” action to get custom field values for Accounts:
Thank you for your quick response - I was using Find (and Create) Customer.
Unfortunately Find Account isn’t finding accounts that are already there so I must be using the wrong field value for “Account Name”. Also, if I use Find Account it automatically means I have to use an extra step as it doesn’t have the option to create an account if it’s not already there. I’m sure I’m stating things you all already know. I’ve only been using Zapier about a month or so.
