I’m trying to use a custom field in a zap for Quickbooks Online. I found this post regarding a similar question but for invoices - 

 

I tried the solution listed but on an account and I still can’t see the custom field. Anyone had luck with Account level custom fields?

Try using “Find Account” action to get custom field values for Accounts:

 


Thank you for your quick response - I was using Find (and Create) Customer.

Unfortunately Find Account isn’t finding accounts that are already there so I must be using the wrong field value for “Account Name”. Also, if I use Find Account it automatically means I have to use an extra step as it doesn’t have the option to create an account if it’s not already there. I’m sure I’m stating things you all already know. 🙂 I’ve only been using Zapier about a month or so.
