Hi Friends,

 

I have a question regarding the connections between KLENTY & ZOHO CRM

 

in case i have an email that was opened , and Later on Clicked .

 

i have made a zap for an opened email to update a module of the lead .

and once the lead has clicked the module of the Lead will change to click.

 

my Question is does Zapier Append the module field, or does it add it to the module field?

Depends on what Zoho CRM action you are using in your Zap.

Can you provide screenshots of your Zap steps?

Attached to this Comment there are 4 screenshots regarding my question with the zapier steps im using

Klenty => Zapier => Zoho CRM

  1. In case the Lead doesnt exist in the CRM
    1. Client opens the mail => Lead Created with field update to - “Opened”
    2. Client Clicked on the link in the mail => Zapier runs on the last field update and updates it as a - “Clicked” ? or it creates another Lead with the same info?
  2. In case the Lead exists in the CRM
    1. Does Zapier Overwrite Exsiting Field?

Hi @Shaked Samocha,

You could use the action “find module entry”, and use the lead’s email or phone number to find a match. If the match exists, you can edit the lead found; and if it didn’t find the lead, you can create a new one using this:
