I am new to zapier.
Can I use Zapier to create an ongoing question and answer form where all users with access can see all the questions people post and answers I reply to?

Great question! Zapier is normally used for back-end type activity - So would normally be used for connecting one app with another.
In your case, you would first of all need an app to store the data (I would suggest Airtable for example, as it’s very flexible, and you can create your own schema) - And then you can use Zapier to send this data somewhere like another database, or a Google sheet, or even a CRM.
