Hi, 

 

I am trying to ensure that any comments made in a linked Jira ticket are being pushed as an internal comment to the linked Zendesk ticket. I followed the instructions here:

but am not seeing the filter step to make any difference in the final output. All comments with a string of commas are added when I test.

When testing directly within the Zap editor, any action steps within the loop (like that Filter action) will only use the first loop’s data, it won’t run through every loop. When the Zap runs live though, it should halt the running of the Zendesk action for all but the last loop that’s run. Note: each loop run will appear in the Zap history as a separate Zap run.

Can you try turning the Zap on and doing a live test to confirm it only continues to add a comment for the last loop?
