Hi I have set up a zap between xero and google sheets to add a new line in sheets for every new sales invoice, does anyone know how I can also pull back all historic invoice details as a one off?

FYI: Zaps are meant to work for new data going forward.
You can try Transfer by Zapier (https://transfer.zapier.com/), altho unsure if that will work with Xero for your desired use case.
[ADVANCED] Otherwise you’d have to use the Xero API: https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api/api-overview
That would require Zaps steps involving Code or Webhooks apps.
