And if not, can you give us a bit more detail on which part of the workflow you’re having trouble with exactly? As Ken mentioned, if you can share some screenshots of the setup of any actions in the Zap that you’re having trouble with (as well as any errors you’re seeing) that’ll help us to get more context on where you’re at and what might be causing issues.

Hi! I wasn’t actually able to set this up. I am struggling to figure out the appropriate trigger so that the Zap knows to pull newly added notes from a client profile in Dubsado into a named Google Doc for that same client. 
 

I was able to set up a Zap such that a Google Doc is created in the client’s name when the new job is created in Dubsado. But I can’t find a trigger event in the drop down menu for Dubsado associated with new notes added to client profile. 
 

Any suggestions? Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, Dubsado doesn't currently offer a trigger for when a note is added to a client profile. I recommend reaching out to our Support Team so they can log a feature request on your behalf.
