We have a zap with a step that posts Json to a 3rd party webhook. We set field values in the step, and the field names contain double underscores ("__") that are to be used to "unflatten" the payload. This was working perfectly until I made a small edit to the zap yesterday. As soon as I opened that step, ALL DOUBLE UNDERSCORES WERE REMOVED AND I CANNOT ADD THEM BACK. This causes the post to error. If I add the underscores back they are immediately removed.


Hi @BoomTown I'm really sorry for the trouble with this. It's a known error that's popped up with the changes that were made to the Zap editor and we're working on fixing it.

Could I ask what type of action you're using currently? Some users have been able to work around the issue by using a Custom Request webhook action.
