Podio Update to MailChimp email series

HI Team

We are setting up a couple of email series in Mailchimp. What we would like to happen is that when that offer status changes in Podio, that the subsciber will be pushed over to a different email series. So, visually this is my thought process.

SCENARIO 1: Subscriber starts receiving emails. If subscriber does not receive an offer, subscriber continues with series.

SCENARIO 2: Subscriber starts receiving emails and asks for an offer. Once the offer is sent, the status changes. When it changes in Podio, subscriber starts receiving a new email series.

This sounds relatively easy, but unsure what to do. Thanks in advance for all our your help!

Hi @Carisa McLeod

You may need to add conditions to your Mailchimp Customer Journey: https://mailchimp.com/help/create-customer-journey/

You can use this Zap Action: Mailchimp Add/Update Subscriber

May depend on what data points causes a Subscriber to enter/exit a Mailchimp Customer Journey, for example, a Tag.

Hi @Carisa McLeod, how is it going? Did the suggestion to to add the conditions to the MailChimp Customer Journey in conjunction with using the MailChimp Add/Update Subscriber step work out for you? The Community would love to hear it!
