Pardot is not showing any custom fields at all

Hello!

I’m trying to sync LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms with my companies pardot instance.
I’m not currently not seeing any custom fields when I’m attempting to create this integration. 

I’ve looked at other “related topics” and I noticed that others are able to access some but not all of their custom fields depending on the limitations of the API. 

Can anyone help me as to why I can’t see a single custom field in the first place?
** I’m wondering if it’s my user permission since I needed to request the Business ID from my manager since I wasn’t able to access that value

Good question.

Some custom fields do not show up in Pardot actions

Custom fields using Radio Button, Checkbox, Dropdown or Multi-Select type are not supported by Pardot’s API, so they are not available in Pardot actions at this time.
