Hello. Is it possible to connect to the Intercom so that the Zapier can read all future and previous messages and by sending this to the CHATGPT, then send the CHATGPT answer to these questions?

For ChatGPT, depending on the Zap action, try using the Memory Key or Conversation ID.
Click the field label to see a tooltip with more info while in the Zap step EDITOR.
