“Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” Zoom error

For zoom to Google drive setting 

I am finding 

“Only authenticated users can view cloud recordings” must be set to OFF.

 

but this is nothing

I would like to use transfers from zoom to google drive 

then I found support page 

but I can not find setting of zoom .
