Salve,

I always get this message when i want to update a zap :

Problem updating Node.

A node's fields may only be edited by its authentication's owner.

Can't update. Does some know why ?

Hi @wargab ,

Thanks for reaching out! Sorry you’re running into this error.

Usually this means that a pop-up blocker is preventing the connection from your Zap to one of our servers.

We aren’t able to view the exact blocker on this side, but this troubleshooting article can help you to resolve this issue!

If you have any additional questions please let us know!

Greetings Miss @Liz_Roberts ,

i tried with Firefox 74.0
with Chrome 80.0

i don’t use Ad-blockers in my working browser.

i will also try to switch to another PC. (i use Win10 up to date)

i work on Home-Office - so no limitations from “corporate network connection”

Always the same ...

will be back with more ...

I was having the same issue. I resolved by ensuring all integrations were using accounts owned by the logged in user. In this case that required configuration of a new app for the user who was receiving the error.

@wargab Were you able to get to the bottom of why you were seeing the error message? Did @dduff-gloo’s post help at all?
