Hello good morning, I hope someone can help me.


I'm trying to automate Google Sheets with Trello, but the information they want to pull from the spreadsheet just doesn't appear:

It looks like there is no data on the line, but in reality there is.
The zap is triggered, but the information that is the main thing for me is not: /

@Ingridy Souza where it says “No data” in your screenshot there it’s just saying that in your sample row pulled in by your trigger there is nothing in that column. However, if you turn the zap on and have additional rows trigger your zap and those rows contain information in that column you’ll find that indeed this information does show up in Trello.

 

You can also look for a different sample row in the trigger. 

@PaulKortman So, the zap was not identifying lines with information for me to select. So I deleted all the rows at the end of the spreadsheet and redid the Zap ... and it worked.

I don't know if it makes sense… But thank you so much for your help.
