I am trying to do a simple zap . From our website (which we use squarespace) to google sheets, anyone who signs up for our newsletter (after they double opt in) to pop up on a google spreadsheet. When I test this it works but when I use an email to sign up it does not show up on the spreadsheet. Is there someone out there that can help? Thanks, Susan

Good question.
Looks like you are using ConvertKit as the Zap trigger step.
Please clarify which ConvertKit Zap trigger you are using. (post screenshots)
Thank you, Troy, for responding. I actually just got it to work via squarespace and google drive hookup. I bypassed Zapier. Not sure what was going on with Zapier but nonetheless I am good to go! Thank you!!
