Created first Zap to pull customer data from my companies reservation system. Every new customer that makes a reservation the zap grabs the customer information and puts it into hubspot. Unfortunately we get so many reservations I’m maxing out my plan in a day. Is there a way to do this more efficiently? On a schedule so that each run is a Zap instead of new trigger? I’m too new to ask this intelligently.
